All MPs called for group photo on September 19

Indian Members of Parliament (MPs) are also receiving fresh identity cards for their access to the new Parliament House.

As per an official announcement, all Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha members have been summoned for a collective photo session on Tuesday morning.

On September 19, the legislative activities will shift to the new Parliament building.

According to the communication from the Lok Sabha Secretariat, all MPs are requested to gather for a group photograph at 9.30 am on September 19.

Furthermore, MPs are in the process of obtaining new identity cards to facilitate their entry into the new Parliament facility.

A five-day parliamentary session is scheduled to commence on September 18.

On September 17, Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar proudly raised the national flag at the fresh Parliament House. He was accompanied by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla, and they jointly hoisted the flag on the "Gaja Dwar" of the new Parliament building.
